Questions & answers

Are the contracts legally valid in England & Wales?
Yes. All templates are drafted under English law — including the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Companies Act 2006, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where relevant. Once both parties have signed, the contract is binding just like one drafted by a solicitor.
Do I need a solicitor to use the contracts?
No, not for standard situations. The templates cover the most common needs for freelance work, NDAs, employment, consultancy and shareholders' agreements. For particularly complex matters (e.g. large shareholder disputes or bespoke commercial deals) we always recommend a legal review.
How is the contract signed?
You download the contract as a PDF and can either print and sign physically, or use an e-signature solution such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign or HelloSign. Both forms are legally binding under the Electronic Communications Act 2000.
Can I customize the contract's content?
Yes. You fill in your own details in a simple form, and the contract is built automatically with the correct wording — you see it take shape in the preview as you type. After download, the PDF is yours to edit further if you like.
What does it cost?

Which payment methods can I use?

Do I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Since the product is delivered as a digital file with immediate download, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once download begins. We recommend using the preview before paying. Contact us if something is wrong — we'll sort it.
Where is my data stored?
We only store what's needed to deliver the contract and issue the invoice. Form data is kept safely in your browser during filling, and no contract information is shared with third parties beyond the payment provider.
